Aura by Mugler is a Woody Aromatic fragrance for women. This is a new fragrance. Aura was launched in 2017. The nose behind this fragrance is Daphne Bugey. The fragrance features rhubarb leaf, orange blossom, bourbon vanilla and woodsy notes.
Thierry Mugler has been always an example of a great perfume house delivering masterpieces, as well as a commercially successful perfume business. We lost track counting the flankers of its pillar fragrances, but there are actually only 5 main scents by Mugler, if we leave their special collections aside. Every single one of them is not only a pillar of the house, they are also important for the history of perfume in general, and greatly admired by customers. They are beautifully crafted inside and out, and very unique regarding their appearance. One general feature of their design can be pointed out, though – they all look extraterrestrial.
The new Aura look fits Mugler’s style: an intriguing unity of color, a peculiar glass design combined with metal details. The beautifully crafted perfumes Womanity and Alien instantly come to my mind.
