The 20-year-old blonde beauty joins the ranks of Candice Swanepoel, Taylor Swift and Katy Perry who previously got the top honor. Along with her crowning, Hailey appears on Maxim’s June-July 2017 cover. The leggy stunner poses in Paris, France, for the lens of renowned fashion photographer Gilles Bensimon. In the story, Hailey wears sexy lingerie looks including designs from the likes of La Perla, Elisabetta Franchi and Cadolle.
